・Classes: English to Excel (E2E), for individuals who are learning or improving English as a second language, focuses on functional literacy skills for everyday life. English for Occupations (E4O) is for those who need work and life skills to obtain self-sufficiency. Columbus Literacy Council (CLC) offers day, evening, weekend and weekday classes taught by volunteers at many locations in the Columbus area. CLC also offers computer-assisted learning and one-on-one tutoring, in addition to classroom instruction. Advance registration is required; you may do so online. You must register and attend student orientation before starting class. Orientations are held several times each month and last 2-3 hours.

ダブリン学区、日本からの生徒ツベルクリン反応テスト免除に

日本から新しくダブリン学区の学校に入学、転入されて来るご家族に朗報です!
アメリカの学校では、入学、転入の際に結核検査の為にツベルクリン反応テストが義務付けられています。
赤ちゃんの時期にBCG接種を受けて来た日本からのお子さんは、たいてい陽性反応が出ます。
今まではこれがBCG接種の為であることを証明するために、レントゲン検査を行い、医師からの診断書をもって行かなければなりませんでした。
この度、ダブリン学区において日本から来たお子さんはツベルクリン反応検査が免除となりました。


【質問】日本人向けの塾について教えて下さい。

【質問】この半年以内に、オハイオの方へ駐在で引っ越す予定の家族の者です。ネットの情報で色々と調べてはみましたが限界がありました。住まいは子供が通うために、塾が近いところが良いかなと考えました。
ダブリン近辺で日本人向けの塾はJUST以外にもあるのでしょうか?あれば教えていただけたら助かります。
